WEBSITE CHANGE POLICY
Approved means
final.
Once you approve the finished website and the job is marked complete, that approved version is the final project. Any changes requested afterward are treated as new work and charged separately.
01 / FINAL APPROVAL
You approve it. We launch it.
We review the completed website with you before launch. Your approval confirms the final design, pages and agreed functionality.
02 / FUTURE CHANGES
Changes have a cost.
Text changes, image swaps, new sections, new pages, feature additions, redesigns and other post-launch work are billed separately.
03 / BUSINESS INTRO
First 3 months.
Launch, Business and Pro hosting include reasonable minor website updates at no extra charge during the first three months. New pages, major redesigns, new features and large projects are still billed separately.
* “Minor updates” means reasonable content-level changes such as replacing provided text or images. KL Design will confirm the scope before performing work that falls outside the included updates.
